The company is run and managed by a team of highly dedicated trekking and adventure travel consultants led by Mr. Shankar Adhikari, a multidimensional personality and a well known figure in Nepalese tourism industry. It is officially registered with the Ministry of Tourism & Civil Aviation, Office of Company registrar, Cottage & Small industry, Income tax Office of Nepal and has remained an active member of Nepal Association of Tour and Travel Agents (NATTA), Nepal Tourism Board (NTB), Kathmandu Environmental Education Project (KEEP) and International Porters Protection Group (IPPG). Since its inception, the company has constantly maintained a team of fully qualified and well-motivated office personnel working towards clients' satisfactions. With more than 15 years of personal experience in the travel business, now he is widely recognized as one of the leading tourism entrepreneurs in Nepal. Graduating in Masters in Business Management, he is looking after the entire management of the company. He has widely travelled to USA, Singapore, Thailand, India and Bhutan and has familiarized different cultures and people around the world. He likes to share his experience about Nepal as well and makes new friends by inviting them to this part of the world. His great communication skills, expertise and public relation with hotels, airlines, has helped him to prove his entrepreneurship in business and has catapulted the company to the pinnacle of success. He has good command in English. Chief Operation Manager (tours/treks/mountain expedition) Born and raised in Dhading district, he is a kind and easy-going young travel entrepreneur with enthusiasm and passion for tourism right from his very young age. He has acquired varied and practical experience in the adventure travel industry, working previously as Tour and Trekking guide with other Tour/Trekking companies before he joined Real Adventure Nepal Pvt. Ltd.. His easy and lively temperament has won the hearts of many travelers he had led and has built a very friendly relationship with them till date. He understands the needs of each member of the group while on trail and treats them with great care.
